1. Determine the position of the standing lamp for solar street lights: survey the geological conditions, if the ground surface is all soft soil, then the excavation depth should be deepened; at the same time, it must be confirmed that there are no other facilities (such as cables, sewers, natural gas pipelines, etc.) below the excavation position. There is no long-term shading object on the top of the street lamp, otherwise the position should be replaced appropriately.
2. Reserve (excavate) a 1㎥ pit that meets the standard at the position of the standing lamp; carry out positioning and pouring of the embedded parts. The embedded parts are placed in the middle of the square pit, one end of the PVC threading pipe is placed in the middle of the embedded parts, and the other end is placed in the battery storage place. Pay attention to keep the embedded parts, the foundation and the original ground on the same level (or the top of the screw and the original ground on the same level, depending on the needs of the site), and one side should be parallel to the road; in this way, the rear end of the light pole can be erected without deviation incline. Then pour and fix it with commercial concrete above C20. During the pouring process, the vibrating rod should not be stopped to vibrate to maintain the overall compactness and firmness.
3. After the construction is completed, clean up the residual mud on the positioning plate in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil.
4. During the concrete solidification process, regular watering and maintenance are required; the chandelier can only be installed after the concrete is completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours).
