Tools and equipment required for installing solar street lights: multimeter, large wrench, thin iron wire, nylon cable tie, iron shovel, lifting rope (the material is a soft belt; if it is a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope must be wrapped with a cloth belt or when the lamp is adjusted, the pad There are soft objects to avoid damage to the lamp body), cranes, lift trucks, etc.
Install solar modules:
1) Solar cell module wiring:
a. Open the packing box of the solar cell module and check whether the solar cell module is damaged;
b. Put the protective plate of the solar battery module in the angle steel frame, and then place the solar battery module on the protective plate; when the solar battery module is placed, the junction box is at a high place. It should move closer to the direction closest to the light pole assembly;
c. Connect the solar cell module wires according to the system voltage of the street lamp and the voltage of the solar cell module. For example, the system voltage of the street lamp is 24V, and the voltage of the solar cell module is 17V or 18V. The method is to connect the positive pole (or negative pole) of the first module to the negative pole (or positive pole) of the second module. If the voltage of the solar battery module is 34V, the solar battery modules should be connected in parallel. The method of parallel connection is the first The positive and negative poles of the component and the positive and negative poles of the second component are connected correspondingly. When wiring, open the junction box of the solar cell module with a small flat-blade screwdriver, and crimp the power line of the solar cell module to the wiring of the junction box with a small flat-blade screwdriver. On the terminal, it is required to connect the red wire to the positive pole and the blue wire to the negative pole. After the wires are connected, fasten the waterproof nut at the outlet end of the junction box, and apply 7091 sealing silica gel to the wiring terminal in the junction box. The wire inlet hole is completely sealed, and then the junction box cover should be buckled. The junction box cover should be fastened tightly and cannot be buckled backwards.
d. Use a multimeter to check whether the solar battery module connection (connected to the controller) is short-circuited, and at the same time check whether the output voltage of the solar battery module meets the system requirements. In fine weather, its open circuit voltage should be greater than 18V (system voltage is 12V) or 34V (system voltage is 24V). Before installation and after testing, the positive electrode of the solar cell module power line connected to the controller should be wrapped with insulating tape, and the insulating tape should be wrapped in two layers. Note: The battery pack should be handled with care during installation to avoid damage to it by tools and other utensils.
2) Fix the solar cell module. The solar cell module and the cell module support are fastened with M6×20 bolts, M6 nuts and washers 6. When installing, the bolts should be installed from the outside to the inside, and then the washers should be put on and tightened with nuts. When tightening, the bolt connection must be firmly connected without loosening.
Install lamps:
1) Turn on the lamp, loosen the bolt with an M10 Allen wrench, then insert the lamp head into the light pole, adjust the direction of the lamp head and tighten the bolt.
2) The positive and negative poles of the source line are connected correspondingly. When the light source is an electrodeless lamp, for a single-cap dual-light source lamp, one line is connected to the terminal at the end of the lamp cap. The red line is required to be connected to the positive pole, the blue line to the negative pole, and the other line to the town Connect the red wire to the L terminal, and the blue wire to the N terminal; for a single-lamp single-light source lamp, the light source wire is connected to the terminal at the end of the lamp head, and the red wire is required to be connected to the positive pole and the blue wire to the negative pole. When the light source is an energy-saving lamp, the light source wire should be connected to the terminal at the end of the lamp head. It is required to connect the red wire to the positive pole and the blue wire to the negative pole, and finally cover the lamp head. For single-cap dual-light source lamps, wiring should be done according to the working hours of the light source.
Battery installation requirements:
1) Remove soil and other sundries in the cement tank where the battery cabin is placed in the foundation of the solar street light, and ensure that the drain hole is not blocked by foreign matter;
2) Check whether the battery compartment is damaged or not, and check whether the battery voltage is normal. If there is any abnormality, it will be judged as a substandard product and installation is prohibited. Wrap the poles of the sheathed wire with insulating tape.
3) Disassemble and assemble the battery cabin and lift it into the pre-made foundation by using a crane, then put 2 double steel wire hoops on the connecting hose, pass the battery line through the prefabricated pipe of the ground cage, and put the prefabricated pipe on After evenly coating a layer of 7091 sealing silicone, insert the other end of the connecting hose into the root of the prefabricated pipe, and tighten the bolts on the double wire hoop with a flathead screwdriver. After passing the battery cable out of the prefabricated tube, put on a piece of threading hose, put two double steel wire hoops on the threading hose, evenly coat the prefabricated tube with a layer of 7091 sealing silicone, and then put the threading soft Insert the tube into the root of the prefabricated tube, fasten the bolts on the double steel wire hoop with a flat-head screwdriver, and finally fix the battery cable on the tube opening.
4) Remove soil, fine sand and other impurities at the place where the cover plate is placed in the foundation;
5) Lift the cover plate, place it in the foundation and place it stably. When placing the cover plate, avoid the sediment around the foundation from falling into the foundation;
6) Use asphalt and fine sand mixture (asphalt: fine sand = 1:3) to cover the cover plate and the surrounding area of 40mm;
7) Fill with clay or composite soil. When filling clay or composite soil, tamp it firmly for every 250px of filling until it is 250px above the ground;
Solar street light vertical light:
1) Light pole installation
a. Put the lifting rope on the appropriate position of the light pole;
b. Slowly start and adjust the lamps, and pay attention to avoid scratching the solar cell components by the steel wire rope of the crane;
c. During the start-up process, when the solar street light is completely off the ground or completely out of the load, at least two installers use large wrenches to clamp the flange to prevent the upper end of the light from being in contact with the crane due to bottom swing during the starting process. The friction of the hanging rope will damage the spray layer and even more;
d. When the lamp is adjusted to be directly above the foundation, lower the lamp slowly, rotate the lamp pole at the same time, adjust the lamp head to face the road, and align the long holes on the flange with the anchor bolts;
e. After the flange plate falls on the foundation, put on the flat washer 30 (or flat washer 24), spring washer 30 (or spring washer 24) and M30 (or M24) nuts in turn, and adjust the verticality of the light pole with a level ruler If the light pole is not perpendicular to the ground, place gaskets under the light pole flange to make it perpendicular to the ground, and finally tighten the nuts evenly with a wrench, and apply thread locking glue before tightening. For M24 bolts (grade 8.8), the tightening torque is 650.6N.m, and for M30 bolts (grade 8.8), the tightening torque is 1292.5N.m.
f. Remove the lifting rope.
g. Check whether the solar cell module is facing south, otherwise adjust it. Adjust the direction of the solar cell module: Use necessary devices to send the installers (1 to 2) to an appropriate height. The installers use a wrench to loosen and tighten the bolts on the upper light pole assembly one by one, and then use the compass as a basis to twist the upper light pole assembly to Finally, tighten the fastening bolts of the upper light pole assembly one by one, and ensure that the bolts are evenly stressed.
2) Wiring:
a. Take off the hatch, straighten the sheath wire in the light pole and check whether the sheath wire is damaged during the installation process. If it is damaged, take corresponding remedial measures, re-thread and install the lamp if necessary;
b. Install the controller: Pay attention to the polarity of “positive” and “negative” when wiring. It is required to connect the red wire to the positive pole and the blue wire to the negative pole. Before wiring, remove and clean the insulating tape of the battery power cord and component power cord, and use wire strippers to strip off 30±2mm plastic copper wires from the component wires, light source wires, battery wires, and power wires on the controller. , wrap the red light source wire on the controller with two layers of insulating tape, and then perform wiring in the following order: First, twist the battery power wire and the battery wire on the controller together, and when twisting the wires, firstly connect the two wire cores together. Then tighten the wire cores and wrap them with insulating tape and waterproof tape respectively. The insulating tape and waterproof tape should be respectively wrapped. The indicator light will be on after a delay of 10s, indicating that the output is normal. At the same time, the four LEDs on the upper left corner of the controller can display the current battery status. Remaining power, each LED represents 25% of the battery power, if the four LEDs on the upper left corner of the controller are not on, use a multimeter to check whether the fuse is damaged, you can use the diode block of the multimeter to test, and connect the two test leads to the two sides of the fuse respectively. If the ends are connected, if the buzzer sounds, the fuse is not damaged. If the buzzer does not sound, the multimeter will display
1. The fuse is damaged, and the fuse should be replaced at this time. If the fuse is not damaged, the controller is damaged. If the four LEDs on the upper left corner of the controller are on but the green indicator light is off, check the battery voltage. If the battery voltage is higher than 12.3V If the load has no output voltage, the controller will be damaged. If the battery voltage is lower than 12.3V, the battery voltage is too low. (The controller is a dual-channel solar input, and the first channel should be connected first), when twisting the wires, first put the two wire cores together, then tighten the wire cores separately and wrap them with insulating tape and waterproof tape. When wrapping the waterproof tape, the waterproof tape should be stretched to at least twice its original length. At this time, the four LEDs on the upper left corner of the controller will light up in a dynamic cycle to indicate that it is running. After charging, the green indicator light will be off after 10s, and the LED will stop flashing and all lights will be on when fully charged.
Finally, remove and clean the insulating tape of the light source line, and then directly screw the cores of the light source power line and the load connection line on the controller together (without an inverter). Together, then tighten the wire cores and wrap them with insulating tape and waterproof tape respectively. The insulating tape and waterproof tape should be wrapped in two layers and tightly wound tightly. When wrapping the waterproof tape, the waterproof tape should be stretched to at least 2 times the original length . If you need to install an inverter, you should connect the output terminal of the inverter first, and then the input terminal of the inverter. After the power cords of the controller are installed, tidy up the power cords and tie them with 200mm nylon cable ties and hang them on the small hooks in the light pole, then put the controller in the waterproof box, and finally put the waterproof box in the cabin On the baffle above the door, fix the baffle with two M6×20 bolts, and then install the electrical compartment door and lock it securely.
c. Install the hatch and fasten the hatch with a triangular lock
