7. Installation steps of solar street lights
(1) Foundation pouring
1. Determine the position of the standing lamp; survey the geological conditions. If the ground surface is 1.2m2 of soft soil, then the excavation depth should be deepened; at the same time, it must be confirmed that there are no other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) Time to shade objects, otherwise the position should be changed appropriately;
2. Reserve (excavate) a standard 1.3-meter pit at the position of the vertical lamp; perform positioning pouring of the embedded parts, place the embedded parts in the middle of the square pit, place one end of the PVC threading pipe in the middle of the embedded parts, and place the other Put it at the storage place of the battery, pay attention to keep the embedded parts, the foundation and the original ground on the same level (or the top of the screw and the original ground on the same level, depending on the site requirements), and one side must be parallel to the road, so that Make sure that the rear end of the light pole is upright and not deflected, and then fix it with C20 concrete pouring. During the pouring process, the vibrating rod should not be stopped to vibrate to ensure the overall compactness and firmness;
3. After the construction is completed, clean up the residual mud on the positioning plate in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil;
4. During the concrete solidification process, regular watering and maintenance are required; the chandelier can only be installed after the concrete is completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours).
1. Before connecting the positive and negative poles of the solar panel to the controller, measures must be taken to avoid short circuit;
2. The connection between the solar cell module and the bracket must be firm and reliable;
3. The output wires of the components should avoid being exposed, and should be fastened with cable ties;
4. The orientation of the battery pack should be facing south, and the direction of the compass shall prevail.
(3) Battery installation
1. When the battery is placed in the control box, it must be handled with care to prevent the control box from being damaged;
2. The connection wires between the batteries must be pressed on the terminal posts of the batteries with bolts and copper gaskets should be used to enhance the conductivity;
3. After the output line is connected to the battery, it is forbidden to short-circuit under any circumstances to avoid damage to the battery;
4. When the output line of the battery is connected with the controller in the utility pole, it must pass through the PVC threading pipe;
5. After the above is completed, check the wiring of the controller to prevent short circuit. Close the door of the control box after normal operation.
(4), lamp installation
1. Fix the components of each part: fix the solar panel on the solar panel bracket, fix the lamp head on the cantilever, then fix the bracket and cantilever to the main pole, and lead the connecting wire to the control box (battery box);
2. Before hoisting the light pole, first check whether the fasteners of each part are firm, whether the lamp head is installed correctly, and whether the light source is working normally. Then, whether the simple debugging system is working normally, loosen the connection line of the solar panel on the controller, and the light source is working;
3. When hoisting the main light pole, pay attention to safety precautions, and the screws must be fastened well. If the sun-facing angle of the components deviates, you need to go up and adjust the sun-facing direction to fully face the south;
4. Put the battery into the battery box, and connect the connecting wire to the controller according to the technical requirements; connect the battery first, then the load, and then the solar panel; when wiring, be sure to pay attention to the wiring terminals marked on the controller. Do not connect wrongly, the positive and negative poles cannot collide, and cannot be reversed; otherwise, the controller will be damaged;
5. Check whether the system is working normally; loosen the solar panel connection line on the controller, the light is on, connect the solar panel connection line, the light is off, and carefully observe the changes of the indicator lights on the controller, everything is normal, and then it can be sealed control box.
