Most importantly, LED light source has a long service life, but its service life is not only affected by its own conditions, but also affected by external factors. If you want to increase the service life of the LED light source, you should pay attention to its heat dissipation and constant current. A good heat dissipation function is the basis for controlling the internal temperature of the lamp. Keeping the internal temperature of the lamp constant can prolong the service life of the LED lamp bead.
Our solar street lights use heat sinks with excellent thermal conductivity, which have a large inner cavity space and a large heat exchange area to take away more heat.
3 High-efficiency solar panels
Our solar street light panels are available in monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon.
The photoelectric conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar panels is 18%, which is currently the highest among all types of solar panels. Monocrystalline silicon is generally packaged with tempered glass and waterproof resin, which is durable and has a service life of up to 15-25 years.
The manufacturing process of polycrystalline silicon solar panels is similar to that of monocrystalline silicon solar panels, and its photoelectric conversion efficiency is about 17%. The battery board is packaged with toughened glass, which is durable and can last for 15-25 years. In terms of production cost, it is cheaper than monocrystalline silicon solar panels.
