When installing garden lights separately, generally an independent photovoltaic system can be used for multiple garden lights, and one or more photovoltaic systems can be installed in a residential area. When using a 24V power supply system, the length of the wiring from the battery board to the light source should not exceed 110 meters. The normal installation basically consists of the following five aspects.
1. Installation of solar garden light battery panels: Determine the inclination angle of the battery panels according to the latitude of the daily sun exposure, for example: select 42 degrees locally and face south. Weld the bracket with 40*40 galvanized angle steel, fix the bracket on the side wall with expansion screws, weld steel bars with a diameter of 8MM, and the length is 1~2 meters, and connect the bracket to the lightning protection belt on the roof with steel bars. Drill holes on the bracket, and use Φ8MM or Φ6MM stainless steel screws to fix the battery board on the bracket.
2. Battery installation of solar garden lights: first check whether the packaging of the battery is damaged, and then carefully unpack the package to check whether the battery is in good condition one by one; and check the date of delivery of the battery. The voltage of the battery installed is DC12V, 80AH. Two of the same model and specification are connected in series to provide 24V power supply. Put the two batteries into the buried box (type 200). After the outlet of the buried box is glued, fasten the protection tube (with steel wire water supply pipe) with step-by-step buckles, and use silicone sealant after the other end of the protection tube leads out Sealed to prevent water ingress. The size of the pit for digging the buried box: the point adjacent to the base of the garden light, the depth is 700MM, the length is 600MM, and the width is 550MM. The buried box pool is usually surrounded by single brick cement. Put the buried box with the battery in the pool, lead out the wire pipe, and cover it with a cement board. The interconnection between the batteries must have the correct polarity and the connection must be very firm. After the battery pack is connected, connect the positive and negative poles of the battery pack to the positive and negative poles of the power controller respectively.
3. Installation of solar garden light controller: The controller adopts a special controller for solar power supply. When connecting the wires, first connect the terminal of the battery on the controller, then connect the wire of the photovoltaic panel, and finally connect the load terminal. Be sure to pay attention to the battery, photovoltaic panels, load +, – poles can not be reversed, photovoltaic panels, battery cables can not be short-circuited. The controller is placed in the lamp post and fixed with bolts, and the door on the lamp post is locked.
4. The base of the solar garden lamp base: concrete pouring, label: C20. Dimensions: length 400mm*width 400mm*depth 500mm, pre-embedded screw inspection M16mm, length 450mm, add two Φ6mm reinforcing ribs in the middle.
5. The laying of solar garden light wires: all the connecting wires used are threaded through pipes, and they can be led down from the top of the building. They can be led down from the threading well, or they can be routed from the floor along the downpipe. Use ø20mm threading pipe for wiring, use pipe joints, elbows, and tees at the joints of the threading pipes, and seal them with glue. Special places are connected with metal water supply hoses to ensure waterproofing. Zhongshan Maoshuo Technology Co., Ltd. mostly uses BVR2*2.5mm2 sheathed wires as connecting wires for solar garden lights.
