1 Lamp
As an important part of solar street lamps, the quality and opening method of the lamps are very important. The material must be aluminum casting alloy, the thickness must meet the requirements, no cracks and holes in the lamp body are allowed, and the joints of each component must have good contact points. The buckle part is the top priority. In the past, because of the unreasonable design of the buckle, a large number of lamps were damaged after each strong wind. Therefore, spring buckles should be used on the lamps, two installations, and the opening of the lamps using The upper part is straight open, and the important parts such as the ballast are fixed on the lamp body to prevent the parts from falling off after the lampshade is damaged and causing safety accidents.

2 light poles
The height of the pole of the solar street lamp must be selected according to the road width and usage. The wall thickness should be more than 3.5mm, the inside and outside are hot-dip galvanized, the thickness of the galvanized layer should be more than 35μm, and the thickness of the flange should be more than 18mm. Reinforcing ribs should be welded between them to ensure the strength of the bottom of the light pole. In the past, due to the unqualified galvanization of the light pole and the lack of welding reinforcement, the bottom of the light pole was seriously corroded, and the phenomenon of the light pole being blown off by the wind often occurred. Therefore, the wall thickness of the light pole, the thickness of galvanizing and whether to add welding reinforcement are important signs of whether the light pole is qualified or not, otherwise it cannot be used.

3 Basics
As a hidden project of the street light project, the street light foundation is also a very important part of the overall windproof and safe use of the street light. First of all, C20 concrete should be selected for pouring. The choice of anchor bolts depends on the height of the light pole. For 8m light poles, Φ20 bolts should be selected with a length of 1100mm and a foundation depth of 1200mm; for 10m light poles, Φ22 bolts should be selected with a length of 1200mm. The foundation depth is 1300mm; the 12m light pole should choose Φ22 bolts, the length is 1300mm, and the foundation depth is 1400mm; the lower part of the foundation should be larger than the upper part, which is conducive to the stability of the foundation and enhances the wind resistance.
